Social contributions and health premiums
Within our range, all salary is in pension tranche 1. CSG and CRDS use 98.25% of gross salary plus the employer’s mandatory health contribution at 100%. Deductible CSG is 6.8%, non-deductible CSG is 2.4% and CRDS is 0.5%.
Net taxable salary subtracts employee pension contributions, deductible CSG and the qualifying employee health premium, then adds the employer health premium. Non-deductible CSG and CRDS reduce cash pay but do not reduce this tax base. The employer health premium affects the base without being charged as another cash deduction.
Enter only compliant mandatory collective health premiums, up to EUR 100 per month for each share. Other employer welfare funding, higher pension rates and additional deductions need a fuller payroll model. Final annual household income tax is outside this calculator’s scope.
